What is your Purpose?
I want to be a companion who thinks and runs together with others.
The world is changing fast and rapidly. How should a company be in the future, when there is no single right answer? How should a manager be? How should we be as human beings or as parents with children?
Unfortunately, I do not have the right answers to all of these questions. However, I am certain of one thing.
How do I want to be? What is the meaning of my existence?
How can I be better?
We must not stop thinking in the face of questions for which there are no right answers. We must face them, think about them, draw them, challenge them, and keep correcting our course without giving up. And, to savor and enjoy the process. I am convinced that this is the path to the North Star we are aiming for.
Our raison d'etre is to create a "next-generation ESG data infrastructure and decision support infrastructure that cannot be structurally created from existing paradigms" by combining sustainability, finance, data science, and startup culture, and to provide a new paradigm for investment and management decision making.
As the founder, my raison d'etre is to gather my colleagues to the fullest, trust them to the fullest, inspire them to the fullest, and point them to the North Star as an environmental entrepreneur and data scientist in order to promote our mission.
What is the raison d'etre of your company or "you"? I want to know. And I want to be a colleague who sometimes thinks about it with you, and sometimes runs with you to make it come true.
